Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to Commostream, a commodity intelligence SaaS product built and operated by Yf Prime Ltd., a Canadian corporation. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Product Access
Commostream provides secured dashboards, market-state analytics, scenario-risk views, price signals, trade-flow monitoring, account workflows, and related software services. Access to the application requires an authorized account and, except for account and subscription management, an active paid subscription or other entitlement approved by Yf Prime Ltd.
Subscription and Billing
Commostream is offered as a paid SaaS subscription. Subscription fees are billed through our payment provider. Unless otherwise stated in writing, access may be suspended or limited if a subscription is unpaid, expired, cancelled, past due, reversed, or otherwise not entitled.
Account Security and No Password Sharing
- Each account is for one authorized user unless Yf Prime Ltd. approves otherwise in writing.
- You may not share, sell, lease, sublicense, pool, or transfer account credentials or authenticated access.
- We may enforce one active device/session per account and location-aware session controls to prevent credential sharing and unauthorized access.
- We may revoke sessions, require re-authentication, suspend access, or terminate accounts that show signs of account sharing, scraping, automation, abuse, or unauthorized redistribution.
No Investment Advice
Commostream provides software, market data organization, analytics, model outputs, and scenario tools. Outputs are for informational and operational use only and are not investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or risk-management advice. You are responsible for independent review before making any business, trading, hedging, or procurement decision.
Model and Data Confidentiality
Model artifacts, feature construction, source code, datasets, private API responses, authenticated dashboard outputs, pricing signals, and workspace outputs are proprietary to Yf Prime Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, republish, benchmark, redistribute, or make derivative products from them without written permission.
User Responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Respect rate limits, subscription controls, access controls, data licensing restrictions, and intellectual property rights.
- Do not use the service to build a competing model, dataset, signal product, or redistribution feed without written permission.
Availability and Changes
We aim to operate a reliable professional service, but Commostream may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, data-feed interruptions, billing-provider issues, or security events. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commostream is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Yf Prime Ltd. is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, procurement losses, market-data issues, data-feed delays, business interruption, or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
