These terms apply to Commostream, a commodity intelligence SaaS product built and operated by Yf Prime Ltd., a Canadian corporation.

Product Access

Commostream provides secured dashboards, market-state analytics, scenario-risk views, trade-flow monitoring, account workflows, and related software services. Access to the application requires an authorized account.

No Investment Advice

Commostream provides software, market data organization, analytics, and scenario tools. Outputs are for informational and operational use only and are not investment, trading, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Model Confidentiality

Model artifacts, feature construction, source code, datasets, private API responses, and authenticated dashboard outputs are proprietary to Yf Prime Ltd. or its licensors. Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

User Responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Respect rate limits, access controls, and data licensing restrictions.
